About us

I am Kira and together with Danny and our children , we live in Nijmegen together with our dog and our Ragdolls.

A house full of hustle and bustle and fun I have loved cats all my life, but we have actually always only had dogs in our parental home. In 2010 we moved in together and the feeling of having a cat started to itch very much I wanted a cat so badly but which one, I didn't know yet, I first started reading about the different breeds, . the character traits, which breed would suit our family best and we also looked at what we would like.

In 2014 I came into contact with the Ragdoll from a friend and I fell in love immediately. I then started reading and visited several catteries and spoke with many and also gathered information about this beautiful breed. I came into contact with different breeders and that's how I found our first cat Divana.

In 2015 we bought our first Ragdoll and immediately fell in love with this great breed and since it was really infected with the Ragdoll virus, it soon became clear to us that we also wanted to breed beautiful large and especially healthy and sweet Ragdolls that meet the breed standard. We are a member of the Cats and tulips association and breed according to their rules. In the years that we have been breeding, we have learned a lot and learned a lot about the hereditary diseases and the genetics of the Ragdoll.

Every day something happens that makes me laugh or have been moved by our amazing animals. A ragdoll is really a super cat with a super character. Despite the fact that they are all together, they have enough space. They have access to the whole house, where they live together. They also have a fenced-off garden at their disposal where they can romp and play to their heart's content and enjoy the sun.

I started a cattery because I want to help ensure beautiful healthy Ragdolls that meet the breed standard. We perform all possible tests that are available to keep their health as good as possible, such as HCM / PKD / CIN via DNA and ultrasound and VIF and VELF via the blood.

We will occasionally have a litter of kittens throughout the year. The Kittens grow up in the living room with us, our children, cats and dog. They are very well socialized resulting in very sweet Ragdolls.

Our Ragdolls are really our pets, we really love them and they live well in the house and if the weather allows it in our large garden.
